Mandate, the first 15 minutes
Good candidate for worst film ever

I sat throught the beginning credits (a rapid-fire MTV-back-in-the-days-and-you-know-what-I-mean-ish montage of Seoul scenes), probably the best part of this film (?). I gave up after 15 excruciating minutes, and  here's the bottom line: Mandate is a good candidate for worst film ever.
I want these 15 minutes of my life back.
