Intermediate Korean II

Expanding on Intermediate Korean I, Intermediate II introduces students to more advanced grammar and vocabulary, as well as the information necessary to handle more complicated cultural contexts. This course focuses on abstract topics, such as information, true and false, conflict and worry, and incidents and accidents, and introduces indirect speech forms and passive expressions. Upon the completion of the course, students are able to express themselves in straightforward conversations, describe appearance and personality, and express pros and cons about the given topics.

(Prerequisites: Intermediate Korean I or equivalent ability demonstrated on a placement exam.)
