This outreach service is offered for a modest fee to help offset handling and transportation costs. A traveling exhibition package includes the framed items, introductory wall text, a caption for each item, a sample press release with publicity photographs and other publicity materials as well as an offer to purchase catalogs on a discounted basis (when available). Lastly, during the period of the exhibition, the institutions availing themselves of this outreach service of The Korea Society are required to organize at least one public event such as an opening reception or a gallery talk that will draw attention to the subject matter of the exhibition.</span></em></span>
