Anchored by leadership development and education programs, this work delivers bidirectional training across the U.S.–Korea relationship.

The Cross-Cultural Leadership Initiative, the U.S.–Korea Leadership Exchange Program, and Emerging Leaders Mentorship and Training together equip leaders on both sides of the partnership.
