Join us for Mentoring Day 2025, an evening of learning and networking for young professionals, students, and individuals seeking to navigate their careers or interested in trends of visa policies in the United States.

In addition to a panel session led by a legal expert on managing the ins and outs of visa and labor laws, additional mentors will include Jangwoo Park, Software Engineer at Google, Chiwon Lee, Lead AI Product Designer at Workday, and James Joo, Vice President of Strategic Innovation and Investment Initiative at WAM Partners (William Moses Co.), who will share their perspectives on employment across Korea and the United States. From obtaining job-searching insights to connecting with established industry professionals, Mentoring Day 2025 will be an invaluable opportunity for young professionals to enhance their career development strategies.

The Korea Society is pleased to present this Young Professionals’ Network event in partnership with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). KOTRA is a national organization that promotes trade and investments under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea, helping attract foreign investments into Korea and supporting global expansion of Korean companies.

Mentoring Day 2025, co-hosted by the Korea Society, KOTRA New York, and the Korean Consulate General, will take place on Friday, November 14th, at 6:00 PM. Dinner and refreshments will be provided. Registrations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and will close when this event reaches capacity.
