Anchored by leadership development and education programs—the Cross-Cultural Leadership Initiative, the U.S.–Korea Leadership Exchange Program, and Emerging Leaders Mentorship and Training—this work delivers bidirectional training. American leaders gain the tools to advocate for the bilateral partnership, while Korean executives and firms are empowered to become effective community partners where they operate. By 2031, this nationwide network will span business, policy, and civic sectors.
