About the Speakers:

 

Melissa Choi is a Global Brand Marketing Director at Revlon in NYC, where she oversees skincare brands for Elizabeth Arden. She drives end-to-end global brand strategy, innovation, and global business planning across key skincare franchises. Melissa leads cross-regional teams to elevate brand equity, unlock healthy margins through pricing and operational optimization, and build globally scalable, consumer-centric campaigns. With over 10 years of experience across luxury and prestige markets in the U.S., Asia, and EMEA, Melissa previously led luxury brand marketing at Shinsegae International to help build the beauty business and developed strategic foundations at Interbrand and Nielsen. She holds an executive education certificate from Columbia Business School and a Business Administration degree from Korea University.

 

Youngjin Yoon is a Director in Morgan Stanley's Internal Audit Department, specializing in Resilience, Third-Party Risk Management, and Technology Risk. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Youngjin spent nearly a decade with Deloitte in Seoul and Chicago. Youngjin led consulting projects for major corporations such as Samsung, LG, Lotte, and various financial institutions in South Korea. Following an MBA in the U.S., Youngjin delivered numerous IT assurance projects across diverse industries for U.S.-based companies. Passionate about technology trends, Youngjin has authored several books on Web3 and data analytics in both the U.S. and Korea.
