Under Hur’s leadership during the recent surge of esports popularity, Gen.G Esports is the leading esports organization connecting the U.S. and Asia.

Arnold Hur is the CEO of Gen.G, a global esports organization. Based in Los Angeles, Seoul, and Shanghai, Gen.G owns and operates top esports teams globally as well as the largest gaming academy in the world, Gen.G Global Academy with over 2,000 students actively enrolled in both its pro gaming and gaming education programs. Before joining Gen.G, Arnold was president of Memebox, one of Korea’s most successful startup companies, where he helped grow the company from Series A to Series C, raising over $160M. Prior to Memebox, he worked on product and strategy at Google, management consulting at Boston Consulting Group, and investment banking with Goldman Sachs. |

Her career has taken her all around the country, covering topics such as immigration on the U.S.-Mexico border, presidential elections, protests and the Atlanta Spa shootings. She was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in Arizona. Yu is a member of the Asian American Journalist Association, which advocates for diversity in journalism. |
